Client information is private and protected. Personal data is not sold. Client-tutor communication is protected inside the platform. Admin and support staff may access conversations only for service delivery, support, safety, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or quality control. When support assists on behalf of a tutor, the client-facing conversation may continue showing the selected tutor name and image while private audit records preserve the actual sender. Users may request account or data deletion where applicable, subject to legal, security, dispute, financial, and operational retention needs.
