TutorsConnect USA provides a marketplace for clients and tutors to connect for private tutoring and learning support. Users are responsible for accurate account information, respectful communication, and lawful use of the platform.

Admin and support staff may assist with communication quality, safety, dispute resolution, service delivery, and platform support. When staff assist on behalf of a tutor, internal audit records preserve the actual sender for accountability.
